i can say i have never played this game and i have no reason to try it out. my brother is addicted to this game, even takes his laptop on vacation so he can stay up with his clan(whatever that is)
just got L4D 2. never played it before. it is a pretty fun no brainer game. the graphics are alot better then some of the new games out there. my kids love it too

thank god the Germans have a spine. If any group of people have reason to complain it would be them. almost every FPS has nazi's as the enemy and you do not here them crying at all. and all the WW2 vets don't say crap about it. today's touchy feely crap is getting out of control.
i downloaded it and i must say the game is awesome, if made 5 years ago. i would not waste my money on this game. i uninstalled it after 2 hours of wasted time.
i have played games on both dx9 and dx10 and have not seen enought difference to blow your nose at. maybe dx11 is a huge difference but it is not drawing me in enought to buy one. rather get a 55 inch lcd for the living room to replace my 42 inch set.
fine by me. my 4890 runs almost everything maxed out so i really dont need a new card for months anyhow.
now if they lowered the price on the 5870 i would be tempted to buy one
