Every game at a low resolution is going to have aliasing. Atleast this is what the game will actually look like(and based on BF1942/BFV/BF2 engine, with better lighting) as opposed to those hi res-uberAA scaled down airbrushed promo screens.
Every mission on every GTA game is practically the same thing. It's a boring game to follow the main story, but it's fun to mess around after completed.
