I dont see why they keep putting these bills through when they get shot down. Every place I go to always checks on people that they look like they are under 17 to sell M games to. And why can't they just push the ESRB ratings system(even though politcians hate it), it is one of the most ingenious things ever invented. I really scratch my head at this stuff.
They aren't hard to understand. They state the age, and possible offensive material, and the trademark logos. The only problem is parents buying M games for their 12 year olds.
