I saw a B-movie the other day that was pretty much this same concept except the Nazi's experiments would either come back as a werewolf, vampire, or just super-strong zombie. I know that feeling all too well, especially when it comes to G.I. Joe. Sigma Six? The "international heroes" movie? Even before Sigma Six, the relaunched cartoons were pretty bad.
