| Thank god. I hope it is true as the current PS3 store is a pain in the ass to use. All things considered I would rather see a nice simple list of game and content like Xbox Live Marketplace but anything will be an improvement over the current interface.

| I look forward to Motorstorm 2. The original was fun but had so many small flaws that it should easily be surpassed by the sequel. Mainly, I'm hoping that they'll make it harder to crash and get rid of the annoying rubber banding AI. Basically a retooling of the difficulty curve is what I want.

| I agree with Microsoft that "the methodology of this report is suspect" because if they had done an accurate survey that number would have been MUCH higher. I honestly don't think I know anyone who is on their original 360 anymore yet I can think of a dozen people who have had to send their systems in at least once; myself included. Don't get me wrong, I love my 360 to death and wouldn't trade it for any other gaming system but there is no question that it has some major hardware problems.

| I have a feeling this is going to bomb. I mean Aerosmith is a big band and all but you would have to be a pretty diehard fan to shell out $40+ for this. I can't imagine that many current GH3 fans will bite since the song selection appeals to such a narrow user base.

| Geeze, just when it looked like EA was making an effort to change its 'Evil Empire' ways, this comes out. I understand the business advantage from EA's point of view but in the end, the consumer is the one that suffers due to the monopoly.

| Geeze, I completely forgot about PGR4. It just got washed away in the wave of amazing software last holiday season. Sadly though I want to buy and play it but I am still deluded with software I purchased and haven't played yet. Too many great games and not nearly enough time. Movie aficionados have it much easier than gaming buffs since their media can be consumed 2hrs per were as games need 8-80hrs.

| I have absolutely NO idea why this game gets such a bad wrap for "poor performance". 1.) The game ran fine on my friend's ancient athlon xp / geforce 6600 system were as other recent games like Dirt and CoD4 wouldn't run at all. It didn't look amazing but it was on par with FarCry at least. 2.) who gives a shit if we can't run Crysis w/ 16x AA yet? Are our egos so brittle that not being able to max out every little setting in a game sends us into a shame spiral? The game runs, looks, and plays amazing even on medium so get over the fact that we can't move all the sliders all the way to the right yet.

| File this one under "Well duh". Funcom's only source of income during this quarter was the very aged Anarchy Online who can't have more than a few thousand subscribers remaining. No shit that they lost money. I anticipate revenue increasing when... they release a new game.

| Personally I can't stand any type of ads in my game at all. Seeing any sort of real world product completely kills the fantasy for me even if it makes sense in context. I would happily pay extra to not have to deal with it. Of course I seem to be the minority out there so all I can do is my part and avoid games that use in-game advertising.

| Normally I would agree with you but since they are 100% optional, they don't bother me at all. I get what I get from my normal gaming but I not one to spend hours just trying to get 15 extra points. Lots of people love 'em and more power to those people. Personally, I don't care but then again, I don't have to.

| At least they are finally fixing it. I'm in the camp that thought it was sourly missed.
Too bad they aren't fixing the triggers though. I'm buying all my racing games for the 360 since I can't hold down the PS3 triggers for more than a few seconds before my finger slips off. Who the hell thought it was a good idea to make them curve IN??? Stupid design choice.

| ^ I wouldn't worry about the hard drive size. I would get the cheapest one that has all the features you want. The hard drive is a breeze to upgrade later. I moved my PS3 (and a ton of data) from a 60gig drive to a 160gig drive in just an hour or two.
