| That's f'ing retarded. Look, the olympic event is basketball. As a country, when deciding which players to pick for the event, they should obviously choose the players that have THE BEST chance of winning, whether it be great players from different teams or a really good team that plays well together. Fact is, USA lost.
You cant go around complaining that "oh, well we could've won cause we have better players we just didn't pick them to play", that's akin to a 4th grade excuse..."well, i lost the fight pretty bad, but it's coz i didn't try"
Geez, then any country could say that when they didnt get gold, silver or bronze.
