I think they should scar one side of Harvey Dent's face in The Dark Knight, and maybe do some foreshadowing of him losing his grip on sanity, but not have him completely lose it and become Two-Face until the next movie.
Marvel has an "Ultimate Universe" where the characters are starting over from scratch, so the creators can take more chances. The Ultimate Nick Fury looks _exactly_ like Samuel L. Jackson. In fact, once when the S.H.I.E.L.D.-affiliated Avengers ("The Ultimates") were discussing what actors should play them in the movies, Nick Fury even picked Samuel L. Jackson.

This video clip is all the "sneak peeks" that aired during Spider-Man 2's broadcast premiere on Fox, all glued together. Since it originally was intended to be a bunch of separate 15 second to 1 minute clips, I wouldn't expect it to have any "flow".

In a movie where the superhero is CGI, what you're casting is the alter-ego. Tony Stark is an alcoholic billionaire who often becomes Iron Man simply to escape being Tony Stark. I think Robert Downey Jr. will make a great Tony Stark.
