Same thing here. I thought I had installed the wrong version so I did a full uninstall and reinstall again but ended up with the same thing. Maybe someone forgot to change the version number inside the driver package...
Gainward cards are also available here in Singapore. The 4850 GS is going for S$298 (~US$210). Kinda expensive but video cards here tend to be overpriced anyway. We also don't get any rebate promotions. :(

To me Metallica is intro metal for noobs. I'll be the first to admit that it's their stuff that got me interested in metal at the first place. But since then I've long since moved on to explore the dark depths (hur hur) of what the genre actually holds. So while Metallica (and their early albums) hold a special place in my heart, I think like many of you have said, they have lost it a long time ago. Fame and fortune has changed them to a point where they longer have the right attitude or emotions to right proper, metal songs.
I'd be really surprised if they prove me wrong. :)
It was only a matter of time. With the kind of money that developers have to invest in producing these kinds of games, it doesn't make financial sense to only release it on one system.
The business of gaming does benefit us somewhat too!
