Anyway, hopefully you manage to fix the error. I told you I fixed mine by reinstalling. If you have been playing games this long its hard to believe that you haven't fixed the issue yet. NO, because this fix is really easy, but for some reason it seems like your avoiding it. Back up your saves and get going there is no point in complaining...
I have been playing PC games longer than you and to me if there is a fix its no big deal especially when the support is pretty good. If you noticed the community manager responded with a list of fixes for various problems in the post... Flag this | Edit this post |

This also does not include games sold online, or games that are bundled with hardware. For example, if you purchase some 8800s series video cards from nvidia it comes with Crysis. | I am not 100% sure UBI gave Boll the far cry name, but your acting like UBI is some sort of innocent company.
Like I said before they made many crappy ports and milked many franchises.
Many individuals thought Far Cry instincts was worse than the first game. Also, do I need to mention Far Cry Vengeance for the Wii?
Let's not forget UBI is making a far cry 2 as we speak...
Finally, many loyal PC fans of the Ghost Reckon and Rainbow Six series have literally seen these franchises dumbed down to be a lot less tactical to appeal to a wider audience. In addition, the PC port of these once popular PC franchises have been ported very badly to the PC... (read the PC R6 vegas or Lockdown forums if you don't believe me...)
Like I said before you claimed the deal was done a while ago which means Crytek or possibly UBI didn't know of Boll's reputation at the time.
Either way, the movie is most likely going to suck, but that doesn't mean you should hate the company. Crytek has made an excellent game which sold over 1 million copies. Many modders and PC gamers love Crysis. If you hate a game or company just because of a movie that is some flawed thinking right there.
Did people hate the original doom when that crappy movie came out? Or did people hate the entire Resident Evil series when all of those crappy sequals come out? NO they didn't.

| I still believe that you shouldn't hate developers that makes good games because of a bad movie. If that is what you believe you have a lot of good games to hate coming to a theater near you.
Also, you said they gave the rights to BOLL ages ago? That means Crytek did this when they had little money and Boll didn't have such a bad Reputation no?
Crytek gave the rights to UBI basically right after farcry 1, and UBI went on to make all of those crappy ports...
In addition, I also hear that UBI is making a Rainbow Six movie. You want to talk about developers selling out? Look no further than UBIsoft. Shafting loyal PC users and milking the franchise with crappy sequels with little innovation from the previous versions. Flag this | Edit this post |

| i have a ps2 as well... But, i strayed from consoles soon after i relized
A) you can't upgrade
B) it's hard to mod games... (I already, know you can try something with the hdd....)
