Nah...he totally said that the ludicrous amount of heat generated by these cpus is so mind boggling that it...well...boggled his mind and he is now thoroughly insane. =)
In that one statement you managed to woefully underestimate the power and intellect of our enemy while at the same time exagerate the strength of our defences :(
