| Who says he was speeding? The numberplate is German and in Germany there are plenty of highways that have no speedlimit.
I've driven 140 MPH myself in Germany and at that speed you still get people who want to overtake you because you're driving to slow!
Nothing is more unnerving than looking in you rear view mirror and seeing a German woman in a Mercedes looking annoyed because you're blocking her from driving at over 150 MPH! Flag this | Edit this post |

| Hey, I'm all for the right to bare arms.
I'm glad that your founding fathers had the foresight to see that one day the sleeveless shirt would be invented and that the people's right to wear these shirts should fall under constitutional protection.
Whenever I'm in the states I just put on a sleeveless shirt and proudly bare my arms!
Only communists and fascists don't want the people to bare arms!
Sir, That's the right to bear arms.
What do you mean, it's the right to BEAR arms?!?
Surely that must be a spelling mistake????? Flag this | Edit this post |

| That has to be the most complicated tool ever made, since it is now 7 weeks after this whole activation debacle hit the interweb.
Call it 6 weeks since the tool was announced and you can tell what priority customer satisfaction and problem fixing has for 2k games. Flag this | Edit this post |

| When will publishers learn that punishing the people who are willing to pay for their product, is the best way to push people into piracy.
It's bad enough that most Movie DVD's come with the unskippable anti-copying blah (not to mention the unwanted trailers) that I have to sit through each and every time I put the DVD in.
Now we get the "Your system is ours, not yours, because you leased a license to our IP" nonsense in gaming too!
I feel for Irrational Games for all the revenue this little stunt will cost them, but the publishers got to learn that treating your customers like dirt only gets you less customers.
Oh, and I know that all the spinmeisters at the publisher will ultimately lay the blame at the feet of the pirates again, because this is in no way their fault of course.
Idiots! Flag this | Edit this post |

| I would rather have NVIDIA post bugfree drivers every now and again, than have bug riddled drivers each month.
But yes, a new driver release for my 8800GTS that fixes the massive stutter in Test Drive Unlimited would indeed be appreciated, since as it is now the game is virtually unplayable.
When control and screen updates go away for a couple of seconds at critical road sections, it becomes very difficult to avoid crashing into everything! Flag this | Edit this post |

| Look, they guy craves attention obviously, so to fight him you have to take that away.
So, just ignore him and stop posting these "Jack Thompson has filed a lawsuit." articles.
Since that is his S.O.P. only post something when he manages to win a lawsuit! Flag this | Edit this post |

| I was in Nevada in May and amongst others we went to the Valley Of Fire, which this shot reminds me of.
I had to do a double take because the picture looks very similar to one we took in Death Valley, but after checking that picture again I noticed that the rocks there were a more grayish red.
On the other hand, there is a highway running through Death Valley and maybe we just didn't drive far enough on our trip. Flag this | Edit this post |
