» How about manufacturer variability? Just curious whether Firingsquad has ever done a comparison of graphics card functionality vs manufacturer? How do I know whether that great performance from the ATI cards in Oblivion would fall if I bought my X1900 XT from Sapphire or GeCube, for example? What if the EVGA 7900GTO bests some manufacturers and not others?
If there is a link to a manufacturer "shootout" please post it. I have found a significant variability in the price of the same card version between different manufacturers.
