PS3 will NOT Fail, Sony Will NOT go bankrupt overnight and Blu-Ray will not Die, you just need to accept it, granted x360 market share will be larger than their 30% of last generation, but im sorry however much youlove microsoft and talk them up they wont eclipse Sony. | | Another Reason is that the chinese/taiwanese manufacturers that make 90% of all players, tvs ps3s, xboxs everything basically have histortorically looked to the big japanese electronic makers i.e Sony, for cues as to what direction to go. Since we can all agree the PS3 will be/is an instant success in the japanese market by a factor of probably 100:1 against the 360 in say a years time, china will naturally ramp up production in its favour. | | As they say Fanboyism alone will sell 10 million of these things, thats already more than the 360 after 1 year. that immediately garantees the Ps3 success really. It is just going to be a repeat of Gen 6 Sony #1 M$ #2 and Ntndo #3. if BlueRay Becomes dominant and chances are it will purely on the PS3 success, then things will be grim for the 360. Thats why they released the HD-DVD as a addon its easy to remove it from the market without withdrawing the 360 system and chances are they will putout a BRay add-on drive.
