| I got a 360 as well. I logged in about a half hour before the launch and just camped the page. I pulled up the clock on another computer and refreshed 3 seconds after 1 PM. The page refreshed right away, clicked the "I want one" button, added 10+3, checked the Terms of Service agreement button, and was good to go. $120 more (with shipping for all accessories) got me a hard drive, a VGA cable for my monitor, and a stereo to surround adapter for my PC speakers.
