Dude... Don't make comments when you have no idea what you are talking about. The wii manual specifically says the wii straps are to prevent the wiimote from leaving your hand while swinging it. They are not to prevent you from "dropping" it. They are to prevent you from throwing your wiimote through your TV. If any of these people were properly using the wii strap and it broke and went through their TV or injured someone they have a right to sue. Though I don't think they should because Nintendo made very quick adjustments to their wii straps and strongly encourage proper use of the wii strap in every game they produce.
