Good point. But first and foremost,I salute you for being a fellow SEGA fan. Here in Asia (Hong Kong), getting a console ain't hard as you can get one for free when you sign a 1 year contract with an ISP (*cough* change ISP once contract's done - got an XBox, PS2 & a PSP this way ;) ).
From past experience (currently owning all SEGA consoles till Dreamcast, an XBox, a PS2 and a PC - yeah i know im bragging but pls let it slide...ty in advance), I would have to say I'd stick to PC for the time being.
Though PS3 is as close a console can get to a PC, for me...it just doesn't cut it. There's still a limitation to what consoles can do, though it ain't bad for a choice of a console.
