| | Most parents are rubbish when it comes to buying appropriate video games for their kids, since they assume all video games are for kids and disregard the ESRB rating on the box. Case in point - Gears of War. The game has an 18 rating on the front of the box here in the UK, and yet I often join games online and find that young children are playing in them. This game has people getting chainsawed and their heads crushed and their parents think it's ok for them to play it? Shame on them. Flag this | Edit this post |

lol true. I have a very good PC, but I never play games on it anymore, since there aren't any good games for it these days. What AAA titles has the PC got recently? None. There are no new Diablo 2/Quake 3/Starcraft type games. Just rubbish clones. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | What is it with the graphics in fighting games and football games? The environments are static and they only need to render a few characters, so why do they always look so dated? These games should be some of the best looking games around. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I agree with Eclipse. As soon as I saw the videos I lost all interest in SC2. Like he said, it looks like an expansion pack. Everyone is ignoring this fact since they are so happy Blizzard didn't f*** up their beloved SC and just added a few new units. IMO, Company of Heroes raised the bar for how RTS games should look and play, and Blizzard has not risen to the challenge. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | What could they possibly advertise that would fit in with the game world? The companies that will be interested in advertising in this game are companies who wish to target their products at the consumers playing the game i.e. geeks. Therefore I think we can expect to see lots of adverts for Alienware PCs and nvidia 8800 gfx cards - hardly fitting for the world players will be fighting in. Flag this | Edit this post |

| » Insidious! Looks like more underhandedness to make a few bucks. "in order to cover the costs of additional support for the game"?? Yeah right, Diablo 2 and Starcraft have been supported for years after their release with no in game advertising. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I signed up. This and Age Of Conan look like the best upcoming MMORPGs. Just disappointed with the graphics. They look like WoW and, when this game is released, that will be 4 years old. If Doom 3 came out looking like Half Life I think people would have kicked up quite a fuss. Flag this | Edit this post |
