War can almost always be prevented through diplomacy and communication. Bush used diplomacy with North Korea (who were threatening to use nukes) and it completely defused the situation. But he refuses to use diplomacy with Iran without preconditions. Preconditions = not really diplomacy. It's corruption.
Now I see where the real conflict is. It's between rich and poor. Conventional warfare is just a distraction. See 1984 by George Orwell.
