Anyway, if that's really the case, the only way I can understand that is that Diablo III's going to be the much-debated first console port for Blizz.
If so, it's not that bad a move, considering the type of game. Makes much more sense than SCII anyway

I know we're talking 'no deadlines-Blizzard' here, but the game was scheduled for a late '09 release. More than a year delay seems a bit steep don't you think?
Who cares about copyright wars? Arma II, even buggy, is a very nice game. If OF:DR turns out to be even better (and hopefully less buggy) then it's us who win.
We get two gr8 tactical shooters because of a trademark dispute? Let there be more wars like that! ;)
