I'm finally doing my render and would just like to know a couple of things, as I don't know the limitations on this site.
Are there any preferred formats for best viewing quality? (i'll either have .mp4 or .avi)
And what would be the best/max resolution on here?
From compression tests I've run, I'm gonna have to compress and lower resolution drastically to not go too far beyond the 10mb limit.
From what I can tell, a decent quality version would easily be 100mb.
Hope you can still spell that out so I properly prepare my local version. YouTubeHD version will of course be posted with link when ready.

With more compression tests, I was able to push 1080p AVI test-version to under 60mb and 720p version to under 40mb. Hope these are acceptable. Flag this | Edit this post |

Hey all,
Just wanted to know if there are any limitations to the vid, other then the 1 minute limit. Is there like a file-size or resolution limit?
EDIT: Seems others are wondering too... So i'll add a question; Is it ok to also upload a YouTubeHD version, in addition to the low quality 10mb version? Or does it have to be exclusive to this site? Flag this | Edit this post |
