Lol, it's easier than it looks, I used to assemble Pressure transducers for my father when I was 16. Then a simple voltage calibration. It becomes pretty systematic really quickly.

THe assembly line workers must be VERY knowledgable in terms of how the PCB works and the circuitry on it ... it must takes some crazy amount of concentration, ALL DAY LONG.
