are there going to be any map making utilities
and stats included for web site up load?
this is what makes most gammers bye games.
look at a example at our web site
www.bagntag.com
hosting delta force black hawk down by nova logic.
a lot of gamers are very made about cod2 and day of defeat and many other games due to not being able to make there own maps or have stats in there web sites.
if you agree please post

What you expect, they wasnt gonna keep making games for people with GF2TIs , GF2mx and so forth. The card isnt a gimmack. that cause couldnt you say the same for SLI, Cross fire, and the up coming SLI phsyic and CF phsyic.

If the phsyic card was a gimmac then it wouldnt be doing any thing. And if it was a gimmack then No one would be buying it. Alienware wouldnt have it in there Pcs. and then There wouldnt be games in the works to use it.

Anyone who buys Alienware are getting conned by spendinf way more than MSRP so tossing in a PhysX card is just like getting your car filled oh gas upon purchase.

Considering at this point that it is used in a handful or games, and is only drawing more detailed particles at the sacrifice of aout 3-5%. Even future games like UT2K? will still only use it for particle physics as opposed to those physics shown in CellFactor.

To me, it's not justifiable to throw down $300 to view particle bouncing in a handful of current games and by the time UT2K? comes out and the rest of the next gen games, the price will (hopefully) drop if the tech can hold the market that long

Probably the only game worth playing for the card. The card appears to be a gimmick, all visuals and worse performance.

Physics engine or not, you're still going to need a pretty high-spec system to run this thing. Is it just me or are hardware requirements starting to get ridiculous as far as being able to run games without turning all the eye candy off?

They have to cater to the people with new, high-end systems. So they put in extra optional eye-candy for those people.
