» Call of Duty 2 Hands-On Preview

Jakub's little misadventure in Poland did have a purpose: Call of Duty 2! Activision gave us time with the game, and boy did we ever get the most of it.

Dear Webmaster,

We have a hotel site for Europe that has a high Page Rank for our
directory/links pages

The value of the link exchange will be mutually beneficial, it
increases the traffic to your site. We would like to get our links
in a German directory and we will do the same for you. If you are
interested please contact me and I will give you all the relevant
details.

If we got the wrong person please pass this on to your webmaster so
he can deal with our request.

Best Regards,
Claudia Fischer.

All this skill talk sux...
I dont play a game to show my skill, i play it for fun.
And Infantry-Only Fights get boring fast, especially when there are
better Inf-Only MP Games out.

Vehicles in some Maps would give more variety to gameplay and better
WW2 Feeling.

So I won't get this game and stay with COD:UO

And so dose hitting a guy in a tank, while you have 3-5 other guys
trying to hit you. But sniping while you are hidden dosnt really
take all that much skill. I play a sniper alot. Its easy.

By pie, you cant touch my fly, but still u try.....

i just played the demo.
Graphics is good as ever.
Gameplay is crisp and smooth.

i have a 6800gt paired with A64 2800....i played at the highest
settings at 1024x768. everything was very smooth.

Guns dont have the same feeling it had in the original COD.
It just doesnt feel realistic. I mean i cant tell how much it
takes to kill an enemy.

At one point I was having problem killing 1 npc and a couple of
turns later i killed 3 with a single spray. Bottomline i dont like
the shooting mechanics of this game.

The gameplay is not too scripted but is scripted nonetheless.

Overall I like it but it needs some improvement in the gun area.

You couldn't be any more wrong. Vehicles just make the game to easy

and boring. Besides those
who don't like non-vehicle maps are the ones with no skills who get

owned by people using normal weapons. They just relay on splash
damage and pray and spray tactics with tanks.

"There is nothing like
sniping some n00b with a Kar or Garand from half way across the map.

LOL! Because sniping from half way across the map takes skill!!!
JELLO NOOBO!"

And to the other posts, saying that COD shouldnt have Tanks, Ect. IT
ALLREADY DID!!!! IT IS FUN! BTW, we did and still can have both you
beeechhhhoooossssssss!!!! No reason to say witch is better. Have
both, then we all can play witch maps we would like!

Download done, off to play demo, peace

Do you people really think that not including vehicles in the game
was to appease you people who don't want vehicles?!?!? There will
be vehicles! They will add them in the COD 2 expansion back just
like they did for COD.

It's just a marketing ploy to capture both camps so to speak. They
are not dumb. They know not having vehilces is a step backwards.
They just want another "sell" point to get people to buy
the expansion.

It's not like all the maps have to have tanks you know. Make some
with them and some with out.

Simple right?
