"PC gaming industry is dying"
LOL, that's a joke... Wait til UT2007 comes out this year. PC games
are only getting better mate ;) And with the next generation of
Direct X 10, expect to see consoles eat sh*t more than ever before.
BW2 is okay. The performance is shockingly bad, I'm starting to
wonder if a 7800GT will even run it well. The programming is clearly
unoptimized. This is what happens when EA calls the shots. Apart
from that, the game gets very addictive the more you play it, and
I've often spent a whole day just playing it non stop. The graphics
are good if you have a good card, the sound is Average to good, and
the whole experience is just great fun. 8.4/10 for me.

Yeah, it's pretty sad that a 3500+ and X800XL can barely hold 30fps
at 1280x960 Low AA.

I would say it's a recommended buy or borrow from a friend. Takes a
hell of a system to run, my Athlon 2500, 768ram, radeon 9600pro 128
chops up on medium. the interface does suck but is still useable. i
give it an 80% myself, hard to find a decent game anymore that you
can sit down to for hours...

I'm enjoying it so far. FS doesn't give out good score if it's not
an FPS...

I think it's a pretty good game. It deserves AT LEAST 80%. Just
because it's not a mindless fps doesn't mean that it deserves such a
%&@% score.
