| | (Post a comment) » Marvel: Ultimate Alliance RevealedAlso in the new issue of Game Informer magazine comes the first info on Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, the upcoming later super hero themed game from Raven Software and Activision. This game will feature a ton of Marvel super heroes going up against Dr. Doom and a legion of Marvel super villians. The article states that the game will be more action oriented than Raven's previous X-Men Legends titles. The game will be released this fall for the PC, PS2, and Xbox but will also be released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 with highly updated graphics. The XM:L games were pretty action heavy already, weren't they?
Still, as they keep the 4 player co-op mode, I'm all over it.

If World of Warcraft didn't target low-end pc hardware it would have
a fraction of the people currently playing it. If you were a
developer, what would you want more, sales or graphics?

Because the PS3 and 360 can handle graphic loads far above the
"average" home PC, and they want to show off.
