Nice try again for Maxis, SimCity 4 is all summation of all Sim 2000, Sim 3000 and The Sims into a single game.
Region is a very good idea for city construction. So we need not care the annonymous neighborhood (like sim 2000 and 3000) but our neighborhood is well know city.
Graphic system is well design. In technical city had a different resolution in a different zoom level. Sim City 4 render building and land better than Sim 3000 (City looking natural between rendering) that's one I was appreciate.

If you had system lower than system requirement, just forget it and try Sim 2000 instead. SimCity 4 have not much different system requirement than Sim 3000. But all user should be satisfy with sound, graphic and city detail much more than care about system requirement.

At first time, I think I saw "The Sims" but in reality it's Sim City 4. That's very very good idea for new architecture from Maxis
After I select landscape, all tools looking great to use and I can try falling meteor. I think it's damage is worse to try to my real city.
City building and detail message is verbose. You need to care all demand from Civilian, Adviser, or included your added-in civilian.
I'm encountered with budget, maybe decresing of Power plant cost, Health care and Education may help your city ran out of money.
After you used to the game, now is the time you should go on! build until you will have no space on the map. ;D |
