Flava - Blizzard's games have more personality than all other RTSes combined.
Engaging story.
Lush eye-candy settings.
Extremely thoughtful multiplayer options, including clan support and automated tournaments.
New heroes are wicked cool.
New units and rebalancing of old units make gameplay a whole new experience.
The bonus campaign is inventive, and the world editor enhancements are sharp.

Have to wait for the remaining bonus campaign missions.
Not much else; for an expansion pack, this game has it all!

I love The Frozen Throne! It's very easy to get into, with all the things that Blizzard added, but it also takes a while to develop good strategies, thanks to the new anti-caster units. The single-player campaign has an extremely cool story (I liked the original's story a lot too). And don't forget: you can't take the cinematics for granted. I think Blizzard puts a ton of work into them and it shows. Nobody puts together a complete package like this company. It's all polished, with Hollywood-level detail, and it's addictive, and entertaining...everything you'd want from a game. |
