This simplistic formula of this game is what really makes it the most entertaining. By using somewhat of a hack/slash formula, just on a grander scale, NCSoft is able to achieve their goal of bringing an addictive MMORPG to the gaming world; however, what allows them to differentiate themselves for the pack is the hidden qualities of this title. There is a certain child-like joy that comes from using a superhero to beat bad guys and archvillians over and over again. Watching bolts of lightning fly from you hands and dropping foes like it's going out of style rehashs dreams of a simplier time of fantasy, mystery, and dreaming of being a superhero. This experience will swallow you in whole and not let you go. If you were a comic book/superhero fan growing up this game is somewhat of a dream come true. If you are looking for a new gaming experience it is definitely worth giving it a shot, heck you get the first month for free. It is as stated an enjoyable experience and can be somewhat time consuming. I have a level 28 Blaster and have definitely given up quite a few hours to make that happen.
