Turns a 1700+ JIUCB into an 2200++ with a 166/166 bus.

Bios Updating Sucks (use AFLASH.EXE from asus.com or AWDFLASH / ALT-F2 that is built into the A7N8X?)
Adjust your bus speed in 33mhz adjustments (CPU/Memory)
Cheap port-panel for the rear of the case.
Qfan works properly if you ONLY buy and connect 3-wire, 3-pin fans/

Not as impressed as I wanted to be.
With all the hype, you'd think this mobo would vacumm the damn house.
Was amazed by the number of manuals, quickstart guides, and stickers. The back of my case looks like a 1996 era PC with all the redundant and outdated ports baring themselves to the world.
I don't know what bios the reviewers got with their golden sample, but the 1000g bios is crap. Allows you to adjust FSB in 33mhz increments.
Changing multiplier on Tbred B from Bios makes the computer complain that your machine is overclocked.
Asus' web site instructions for updating A7N8X Deluxe are crap (compare them with instructions for updating vanilla A7N8X). It's scary that ECS's website has better bios update instructions.
Doesn't like 2-wire 3-pin fans, or fans connected to 4-pin molex connectors. I'll be damned if I'm going to give up my (4) Panasonic Panaflos (which are near-silent and move 30 CFM of air each) so I can use QFan.
The rear of your case will look like a 1996 PC with 3-4 PCI slots occupied by additional ports.
Port Cover is flimsy and looks like crap.
