ASUS reliability/quality
nForce2 chipset
Lots and lots of features (ATA133, LAN, 333MHz bus, AGP8X, etc., etc.)

This nForce2 board rocks! It is extremely stable, fast, and reliable. I have had nothing but great experiences with this board. Highly recommended.
