| Viewing 27 Available Review(s) by - [click here to return to all sources listing] | Rating: 5/5 | Mass Effect | Mass Effect is beautiful, tactical, challenging, full of replay value, and most of all - fun. | Rating: 3/5 | Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock | I'm harsher on Guitar Hero III than I wanted to be. | Rating: 4/5 | Front Mission | The Front Mission series should be more popular than it is. | Rating: 3/5 | Company of Heroes | It's no great surprise that most RTS fans emitted a collective groan of indifference about a year ago when Relic announced that the setting of their next 'big' RTS game was going to be World War 2. | Rating: 2/5 | Fury | And that was it. There is no variety of stuns, little variety of animations besides Mortal Kombat style finishing moves, and no cool-looking moves. | Rating: 2/5 | Crash of the Titans | Unfortunately, the whole thing feels uninspired. | Rating: 3/5 | DK Jungle Climber | The Donkey Kong franchise has run the full gamut of game types since its debut so long ago. | Rating: 3/5 | Lair | While this game may not have lived up to the months of hype it received before its release, it still shows a lot of the potential the PS3 system has to offer. | Rating: 5/5 | Metroid Prime 3: Corruption | No matter which difficulty setting you tackle first, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption will fulfill a lot of the promises made about the Wii when it was released last year. | | Not Rec. | Mega Man Star Force: Pegasus | When Mega Man Battle Network debuted on the GBA in 2001, it was greeted warmly; after all, it was a deep, unique experience that was friendly to all ages. Sadly, six years later, Capcom continues to release the same game with slight variations. | | Not Rec. | Mega Man Star Force: Leo | When Mega Man Battle Network debuted on the GBA in 2001, it was greeted warmly; after all, it was a deep, unique experience that was friendly to all ages. Sadly, six years later, Capcom continues to release the same game with slight variations. | | Recommend. | Mega Man Star Force: Dragon | When Mega Man Battle Network debuted on the GBA in 2001, it was greeted warmly; after all, it was a deep, unique experience that was friendly to all ages. Sadly, six years later, Capcom continues to release the same game with slight variations. | Rating: 3/5 | Final Fantasy II | It is hard not to judge Final Fantasy II without comparing it to its predecessor | | Recommend. | Battlestations: Midway | The game is enjoyable, and with more downloadable content on the horizon | Rating: 3/5 | Touchmaster | If there ever was a title that was meant to be ported to the DS, Midway's TouchMaster is it. | | Recommend. | Marble Blast Ultra | If you're a fan of puzzle games or just need something to keep you busy when killing time, Marble Blast Ultra is a pretty good choice. | | Recommend. | Alien Hominid | Coming at 800 marketplace points, or $10, Alien Hominid is one of the best values to be had on Xbox Live Arcade, period | | Recommend. | Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 | What Tiger Woods on Wii represents is effort on EA's part and the result is a very enjoyable sports experience. | Rating: 3/5 | Halo 3 | Expect to see friends lists full of people playing Halo 3 for quite some time. It's fun, it's accessible, and you get to shoot aliens in the head while accruing GamerScore. What more could a gamer want? | Rating: 2/5 | Marvel Trading Card Game | All in all, Marvel Trading Card Game for the DS is a faithful adaptation of the card game. | | Recommend. | .hack//G.U. Vol. 2: Reminisce | There's no mass appeal here. If you loved the first one and want to play more, you'll be fine with this installment. If not, it's a $40 coaster. | Rating: 3/5 | Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars | While it remains on the simple end of the RTS genre, Command & Conquer is an awesome return to old tradition, and it's just plain fun | | Recommend. | Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007 | Just like other Yu-Gi-Oh titles, World Championship 2007 is aimed squarely at fans of the anime and card game. | | Recommend. | UEFA Champions League 2006-2007 | What the game really boils down to is that it's simply not different enough to warrant a purchase from players who already have FIFA ‘07 (or Winning Eleven, for that matter) on their shelves. | | Recommend. | God of War II | In the end, though, this is essentially the same game as God of War with more packed in. | | Recommend. | The Godfather: Blackhand Edition | There are enough missions, side quests, and general tom-follery in The Godfather to keep even the most dedicated mobster entertained for weeks | Rating: 3/5 | The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar | While I can't say this game will be the death of WOW, it sure does give a solid gameplay with amazing storylines and characters that showcase the maturity of the material while maintaining the fun of just playing |
