The purpose would be to maintain a system that would enable companies and organizations to offer information and receive feedback as they see fit, and for the users to do the same - to design a system where tech-savy netizens can vote on exactly what hardware products they think reign supreme over others and can then discuss their choices and even make purchases without more than a few clicks.
