The FiringSquad Editors Challenge (PROMOTION) is open to all English
speaking participants worldwide, however will be construed and evaluated
according to the laws of the United States. Participation in this promotion is
forbidden to anyone who is prohibited from, or unable to follow the rules
and regulations as they would affect a legal resident of the United States.

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is ONLY offered electronically via the Internet. It is
open to all persons age 18 and older. Persons between the ages of 13 and 18
may also participate but may NOT be eligible to win any or all of the
prizes. Employees, officers and directors of FiringSquad, each of their
respective parent company, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment
agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in the same
household are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void where
prohibited. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and
regulations
apply.

2. How to Enter:

This promotion begins February 7, 2007 at 12:00 pm. (Pacific Time) and
ends April 30, 2007 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time). All electronic submissions
must have a valid email address and be a registered member of
FiringSquad.com in good standing so that we may contact you in the event you are a winner.
You may enter to win as many times as you like, however you may only do so
using one registered FiringSquad username. FiringSquad is not responsible for late,
lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; computer system, phone line,
electronic equipment, computer hardware, software or program malfunctions, or
other errors; failures or delays in computer transmissions or network
connections; problems viewing or submitting entries from the website or for any
other technical problems related to website entries. FiringSquad is not
responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by
Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilized in the promotion, or by any technical or human error which may
occur in the processing of the entries in the promotion. All entries become
the property of Firingsquad.com and will not be returned.

3. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected on or around May 1, 2007 from among all
eligible entries received and conducted by FiringSquad or its
designee, the judges of the promotion, whose decisions are final on all matters
relating to the promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of
eligible entries received. The winner will be announced in on FiringSquad.
Winners will also be notified by email. In the event of a dispute regarding the
identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to
be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility
and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or prize
will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize
or prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize
and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting and/or using prize,
winner agrees to the use of winner's full name, voice, and/or likeness for the
purpose of advertising, publicity, trade, or promotion of FiringSquad
companies and/or products without further compensation, unless prohibited by
law. If potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly
answer a mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of being
awarded the prize.
Scoring for the Promotion is based in part on the number of page views generated by a participants media-blog or video, and the average rating as determined by registered FiringSquad readers. FiringSquad reserves the right to disqualify anyone who they feel cheats by gaming the system through multiple false registrations or other methods that would affect that participant score.

4. Prizes:
|

The approximate total value of the prizes are USD $18,500. If the
potential winner(s) is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of the
minor's parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all necessary
documents. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted
except by FiringSquad in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state,
provincial and/or local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of
the winner.

5. Miscellaneous:

By entering, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these
Official Rules and the decisions of FiringSquad, which shall be final
in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the
interpretation of these rules. FiringSquad, their respective agents,
representatives, parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not
responsible for and shall not be liable for:
(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged,
misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due
entries;
(ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network,
Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;
(iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
(iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the FiringSquad that
may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted;
(v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the
prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from
participation in the Promotion; or
(vi) any printing or typographical errors in any
materials associated with the Promotion.
FiringSquad reserve the right,
in their sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Promotion in whole or in
part at any time for any reason, including the following: if a computer virus,
bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or
proper play of the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each
participant hereby releases and holds FiringSquad and their respective employees,
officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, their
respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and
fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all
losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the
Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any
prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property
damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of
privacy.
